Superfast Staffordshire is building on the commercial rollout to bring superfast broadband to 96% of premises by 2018.

This is an ongoing campaign to boost our economy and ensure residents can access a range of goods and services, whether it be for work, leisure or health. This is why we are investing over £32 million (£8.06 million from Staffordshire County Council, £9.62 million from the Government’s Broadband Delivery UK – BDUK and £14.77 million from BT).

The Government has committed to giving access to 2Mbps download speed (a basic broadband service) to every premises in the UK. As part of this commitment, Superfast Staffordshire, in conjunction with Broadband Delivery UK (BDUK), is making available the option of a subsidised broadband installation for eligible premises.

We adopted a bright and simple vector style which would stand out. Making assets easily adaptable for all content across the campaign.

The assets needed to be interchangeable allowing characters to work with each other and various scenarios. Manipulating poses to interact with apparatus and have interactive elements

The results are still ongoing, the campaign has pushed animations to educate people on how to upgrade, and what benefits you can enjoy at home or at a business.

So far the scheme, which is supported by the Government’s Broadband Delivery UK programme, has enabled around 74,000 premises (homes and businesses) in Staffordshire (England) to be put within reach of a superfast broadband network (out of 80,937 contracted under the Phase 1 + 2 deals for 'Superfast' speeds).

  • Massive application of illustrations across the entire marketing approach of the campaign
  • Exhibition visuals
  • Recognisable brand
  • Social Media
  • Engaging with the community
  • Local Events
  • Funding
